The Right Color Tractor
I believe an important part of being an Iowan is having an opinion on what is the "right color tractor". I don't wish to get into this debate. I bring this point up because on Tuesday morning Lowell and I served breakfast with the Meth Men (as Lowell and I now refer to them) for the WHO Tractor ride that was in Boone. I had a look around and took a few photos.
Lowell mentioned to somebody in the kitchen that the Meth Men needed t-shirts. I believe a committee was immediately formed. If you are a Methodist, you should appreciate that story.

Love the tractor pictures...is that all of them? I really like the Case eagle and some of the other manufacturer's logos and symbols.
There are probably about 100 tractor pictures total.
I'm a firm believer that the right color tractor is green, but I didn't know that this Oliver Company was out there trying to suck of John Deere's mojo.
The Case "hood ornament" is the coolest.
Everyone knows that the right tractor color actually depends on what kind of livestock you have. For example: if you raise badgers then you should have gold-colored tractors. If you don't raise livestock then you default to the snake color, which is purple with green flames if I recall.
I think purple with flames is only considered appropriate in tractor pulls.
